How do I use the door code to access the studio?

Every studio can be accessed via a door code or digital key. The door code can be found in your class reminder email that you receive 24 hours before the start of your class, or on the app when you click at the bottom ‘More’ --> ‘Contact Us’. You will find the door code for the studio underneath the business hours.

Please make sure to close the door behind you and to arrive on time. If it’s your first time, please arrive 15 minutes before class starts so we can give you an introduction and safety briefing.

If you did not receive the reminder, please make sure your notifications are turned on by going to the app and clicking on ‘Profile’ --> top right corner on the pencil icon --> ticking ‘Get emails with news, promos and updates on latest events’ and then ‘save’ at the top right corner.
